1.2.2 SmartStart

In this service level, an OR-enabled installation can realize effortless energy savings and smarter lighting immediately. This true plug-and-play experience can be enhanced by optimization and advanced configuration through the Response Apps.

Smartstart caters to non-connected installations.

1.2.3 SmartLight

By selecting SmartLight, you can elevate your lighting experience with the Response Portal-connected solution. This level offers the essentials from Response Portal-connected features in addition to SmartStart's capabilities. Key benefits include remote configuration, live energy consumption data, automated emergency light testing, and customizable schedules.

1.2.4 SmartInsight

In addition to SmartLight’s features, this service level enhances functionality by providing advanced data insights on energy consumption, occupancy, and light levels. These insights are presented in our intuitive Response Portal Dashboard. It also includes robust Response API access, allowing seamless integration with third-party systems.

1.2.5 SmartPlus

Our SmartPlus solution delivers a state-of-the-art smart lighting experience by customizing additional features beyond the SmartInsight service model. This service level allows you to gain additional historical data insights, expand Response API calls, and leverage our granular building-wide network for communication with other devices. This can help build a holistic building-wide ecosystem.
