1.0 Troubleshooting disconnected nodes on site.

Nodes showing disconnected in the portal is one of the common issues you encounter in portal connected portal projects.

Once the gateways are brought online and added to the portal, nodes start sending status messages to the portal at least once an hour. Upon the absence of status messages over a period of over 1 hour, the portal marks the node as disconnected until the next status message is received.
